These guys were very helpful during a very rough time and were more than helpful and quick with service. I also ended up needing a bigger unit once I got started then was overly charged by U-Haul which had nothing to do with these guys so was not going to have exactly enough to fully cover the price for a bigger unit and the owner was more than willing to assist in any way possible and also offered suggestions to things that were out of his control but didn't hesitate to offer the knowledge or suggestions in a very pleasant way just very nice and helpful people. The unit was very clean and liked the thought of all the security available and well lit up along with the carts on wheels available for no extra charge to help you, that was a plus as well. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Old Glory has been nothing but Kind n Helpful. I would recommend their storage units to anyone who needs storage. I've had Our unit for almost a yr now. 24hr access is very convenient. They are also So Friendly.

Very friendly always ready to help and very patient and understanding. Wonderful people and a wonderful place. Only complaining I might have is it's a bit messy from time to time with building new storage units but is completely understandable they also have a very nice furniture selection

Reserved and paid online…. I get to the office and their entrance doors don’t work and nobody is there. No one answered the three separate phone numbers left taped to the disabled malfunctioning doors. I paid near $100 so that I could have access to a storage unit TODAY….. ridiculous!!!!!

They responded to my call immediately and got me in the same day! Jeremy was very helpful in getting me all moved in and helped me get a lock. Since I was a first time storage unit renter, I didnt know I needed to bring one. The unit is clean, climate controlled and easily accessible. Would recommend Old Glory for any storage needs!

Climate Controlled. Best indoor storage in Greeneville. I feel my belongings are 100% safe. Good price too.

So far so good. Everything is inside and climate controlled. Easy access and the have plenty of carts to help you move in. 24ht access is a huge plus.

Old Glory Self Storage was so very kind and helpful from day one! It was very hard for me to find a unit that I needed and they accommodated me in two choices. The prices for the unit was extremely good, the area was always well lit and clean. I never had a problem with the owners. I want to also thank Mike for always helping me with my concerns and all the questions I had you answered me with respect and in a very timely manner! If I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely be calling Old Glory Self Storage.

A beautiful and brand new facility. I cannot say enough about the help and support we received in renting a unit. Mike (owner) walked us through pricing and sizes and made it very easy to rent for our son who is going to school there. Old Glory also had a truck and men to help my son move out of his dorm and bring his items to the unit. If you are looking to rent in the Greeneville area, this is the ONLY facility you should be calling. Everyone at Old Glory is so helpful! I was arranging this storage unit from Canada for my son attending Tusculum as summer storage. The staff made it an easy process to do over the phone. My son was impressed with the quality of the units and the facility. We will be repeat customers!

This morning we had our household goods arrive at 8:00a this morning 8/2/20. It was very easy to find and very accessible to get into. We only know the gentlemen Mike & Robbie who we have spoke to on the phone, and they are very helpful. We will go to meet Mike tomorrow and we are excited to meet him. The floors are shined, good music piping through the facility, climatized, and available 24/7. Give these guys a call as they are running a great business.

The team here are the nicest people in the business. They will go above and beyond to help you out. Nice units, clean and safe. I would recommend them if you are looking for a storage place.

I'm very happy with my unit. I can come and go as I please with a coded door. The facility is brand new so everything is super clean and climate controlled. The security precautions are wonderful and makes me comfortable with my valuables in storage. I would absolutely recommend Old Glory.

Such an awesome mini storage experience! My climate controlled storage unit is so clean. This brand new self storage facility in Greeneville, TN is top notch! I highly recommend them. I love that I have 24/7 storage access. I got to meet with one of the owners. He was super friendly and extremely helpful!
